GP Reporting Services! Sounds like a big company, but truly it is just one very passionate, nerdy individual coming up with awesome software solutions. I love getting creative with what people already own or can access very inexpensively. In the software space, tools are built with so much power, much of it very underutilized. I want to fill that gap for people, I want to look at what they own and what their biggest challenges are, and be the bridge to finding the optimal solution for them.
When discussing what I wanted to do at Thanksgiving, my crafty little brother called this “optimizing shelf-ware”. I thought he had made that shelf-ware term up, but it is a thing (albeit still jargon) and becoming more prevalent as software gets better and better.
I’ve been consulting in the Dynamics GP space for a long time now and struggle with how some of the big VAR’s resell software, in the interest of selling software. The interest has to be in solving problems in a way that exactly fits the customer’s needs. Large implementations are big and have a lot of inherent risk, it is well worth the effort to analyze what you already own in relation to the problems you are trying to solve.
Unique Value Proposition

- I go to great lengths to eliminate tedious processes with automation
- I have a proven aptitude for both functional and technical skill sets

- I enjoy people and relationship building, i’m always trying to improve communication skills
- I will always go above and beyond to make sure clients get the value they pay for
I have a lot of passions and interests that I pursue. You can get a feel for them and their frequency in the PowerBI image below (Yes, I’m pretty nerdy and I fully embrace it).
I started this business as a long term way of opening up more possibilities for travel and time with my family. When thinking about it now though, it is really just fun work that I plan on doing for the rest of my life. It’s taken me many years to find this path and I am very thankful that I have.
I look forward to hearing from you and getting to know my readers/customers. I hope my work serves you well and we are able to work together at some point.
